He is passionate about supporting students who face barriers to learning, building strong relationships that foster personal and academic growth. Kaiser founded Evolve Learning West Bromwich to expand his impact and bring high-quality alternative provision to more communities. His leadership focuses on student-centred outcomes, operational excellence, and strategic development to ensure long-term success across all areas of the organisation.

Shabana Nazir

- Centre Manager

With over 20 years of experience in education, Shabana Nazir brings extensive leadership and teaching expertise to her role as Centre Manager. She has successfully managed educational centres since 2012, ensuring smooth daily operations and high academic standards. Shabana is committed to creating a supportive environment where staff and students can thrive. Her attention to detail, people-focused leadership, and dedication to continuous improvement make her an integral part of the team and ensure the centre meets its goals effectively.

Tanvir Walele

- Business and Finance Manager

Tanvir Walele has over a decade of leadership experience in the education sector, including managing multi-million-pound budgets for a FTSE 25 company. He also scaled a successful tutoring business that has supported thousands of learners across the UK. At Evolve, Tanvir brings financial expertise, strategic planning skills, and business insight to support sustainable growth and operational efficiency. His focus on long-term impact ensures that resources are effectively aligned with the organisation’s educational mission and goals.

Hannah Howell

- Head of Teaching and Learning

Hannah Howell is a qualified teacher with more than 10 years of experience working across schools in Dudley and the West Midlands. She specialises in curriculum planning, classroom delivery, and teacher development. As Head of Teaching and Learning, Hannah oversees academic quality and ensures that staff provide engaging, inclusive lessons tailored to student needs. Her commitment to excellence and student progress drives continuous improvement and helps shape a positive, high-achieving learning culture across the centre.

Mohammed Hussain

- Safeguarding Lead

Mohammed Hussain brings over 20 years of experience in education, having worked in various schools and co-founded one of the region’s largest academic support providers. His expertise in student engagement, pastoral care, and safeguarding ensures that all learners are supported in a safe and structured environment. As Safeguarding Lead, Mohammed oversees policy development, staff training, and compliance. His in-depth understanding of student welfare and education systems plays a key role in maintaining high standards of care across the organisation.
